[Professional Exchange] Building a Bridge for Two-Way Dialogue: Wingway Accounting Invited to Visit Key Government Bodies in Beijing and Stay at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse

In November 2025, Wingway Accounting was honored to join a high-level delegation to Beijing, visiting key national government bodies and authorities while staying at the prestigious Diaoyutai State Guesthouse.

The mission centered around three primary objectives: deepening two-way financial and tax knowledge exchange, conveying the insights of the Hong Kong accounting sector to Mainland authorities, and fostering direct connection between CPAs across both regions. During the trip, our representatives engaged in a series of high-level symposiums and closed-door discussions with officials, tax experts, and Mainland counterparts. Key highlights included:

• Voicing Hong Kong Accounting Sector Insights: Presenting practical observations and recommendations from Hong Kong practitioners regarding cross-border auditing, tax filings, and regulatory compliance to Mainland authorities, contributing constructively to regulatory alignment.
• Exchange of Financial & Tax Knowledge: Engaging in two-way knowledge sharing regarding Mainland China’s latest tax incentives, Corporate Income Tax (CIT), and Individual Income Tax (IIT) practices, alongside Hong Kong Profits Tax systems and international tax structuring.
• Fostering Cross-Border CPA Collaboration: Establishing direct communication and partnership channels between Hong Kong and Mainland accounting practices, laying a solid foundation for joint professional services supporting inbound and outbound enterprises.

Being hosted at the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse and participating in direct, high-level dialogues with national government bodies represents a resounding recognition of Wingway Accounting’s professional standard and dedication to the industry.
